Colby and Kolby

I have spent four weeks of this summer break traveling. My final summer trip brought me to Florida to spend time with my brother, his wife, and some of my dearest friends.

The daughter of my close friends, Colby, is one of my beautiful Goddaughters. She became engaged to her boyfriend of almost six years, Kolby, a month ago. We decided to spend some time taking engagement photographs while we were at the beach.

Colby had some ideas for what she wanted and shared those with me. Using the lighting that was present during the time of day when Colby and Kolby were available, the clothing they had brought along, their ideas, and their wonderful smiles and personalities, we started creating photographs.
